These terms cover buying and using Multiball, a screen saver for macOS made by Bigbrin ("we"). By buying or installing it you agree to them.
Your licence
- One purchase lets you install and use Multiball on any Macs you own or control, for personal or work use.
- Updates to Multiball are included at no extra cost.
- Please don't share, resell or publicly post the download or your download link. Multiball is made by one independent developer, and each copy sold keeps it going.
- Multiball remains our property; you're buying a licence to use it, not the software itself.
Buying
Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record, under Polar's terms. Prices include any taxes Polar collects. Refunds follow our refund policy.
No warranty
Multiball is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will run on every Mac or every future version of macOS, or that it will be free of bugs. If it doesn't work for you, ask for a refund.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything to do with Multiball is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The terms in place when you bought Multiball continue to apply to that purchase.
